Wynyard Almshouses

Working closely with Wynyard Park Developments, we prepared concept designs and planning drawings for fourteen executive retirement homes on a 3 acre site at Poppy Close, Wynyard Park. The one/one-and-a-half storey dwellings were designed around formal communal gardens to the front with private garden spaces to the rear. Inspiration was taken from examples of traditional alms houses both in terms of layout and architectural style.
