Cradock Row, Sandhutton

Utilizing SIPS (structural insulated panel system) construction methods, our design for this newbuild family home on the edge of Sandhutton is orientated to maximise views across the surrounding countryside and create bright, flexible interiors with double height spaces and living accommodation at first floor. The simple external form, scale and massing is a contemporary take on traditional agricultural building forms with robust external materials (stone, timber and zinc) contrasted against more ‘refined’ aluminium glazing systems.
